The Second World War ended in Europe 65 years ago, on May 8, 1945. The Soviet Army was everywhere in the Central and Easter Europe and the Cold War was knocking on the door.

During this time Mr Herb Meyer served in the Reagan Administration as Special Assistant to the Director of Central Intelligence and Vice Chairman of the CIA’s National Intelligence Council.
