Its’s the first face-to-face clash of Trump and Biden! But does it matter?

Please, correct me if you think that I am wrong but I would say that presidential debates might be important, interesting or even entertaining but I have doubts that they have a decisive effect on voters. But of course, some famous debates, e. g. Kennedy-Nixon, now belong to the US political mythology. So how (un)important can the first Trump-Biden debate be, and what do you think both candidates are aiming to achieve? Read few comments.

Rapid repatriation of migrants, close collaboration with countries of origin and transit and a mechanism for mandatory relocation when needed. Basically, all what we hear for some time. Do you think that the EU might move towards more unity regarding migration policies, or not, and why? Read few comments.
