Ukraine war: Can Russia count on Armata tanks?

Russia has begun using its new T-14 Armata battle tanks to fire on Ukrainian positions but they have not yet participated in direct assault operations. Do you think that at one moment can Armata tanks play at least a bit significant role on the Russian side, taking also into account that Ukraine receives Western tanks like Leopard 2 or Challenger 2? Or are Armata tanks more or less useless due to the fact that there are not that many? And I am also not sure if Russian operators are getting sufficient training on them. Read few comments.
